Responsibilities: 

　　1. Cyberspace affairs researching and surveying； 

　　2. Participating in the establishment of the cyberspace affairs development plans; 

　　3. Participating in the demonstration and acceptance check of informationization programs; 

　　4. Evaluating the implementation of informationization programs; 

　　5. Providing advices on major issues of cyberspace affairs.
